Responsibilities
• Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for reconciliations, close packages, financial statements and disclosures, workpapers, and technical accounting memos
• Score AI-generated and human work samples against defined criteria with detailed written justifications
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so scores are reproducible and defensible
• Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly on evaluations

Requirements
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience
• Background in audit, assurance, or advisory at leading global accounting firms, or in senior accounting roles at large public companies
• CPA or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred
• Deep fluency in US GAAP, month-end close, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and audit-ready workpapers
• Exceptionally strong written communication with the ability to clearly explain why work meets or misses professional standards
• Detail-oriented, consistent and comfortable with peer calibration and review
