Responsibilities
• Review detailed personas, digital environments, and tasks created by AI Training Scenario Designers
• Apply strict evaluation rubrics to score scenarios objectively
• Identify logical inconsistencies, factual errors, missing context, and technical flaws such as broken JSON structures
• Deliver clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to scenario designers
• Maintain quality standards by logging review outcomes, scores, and feedback in Airtable and Crucible
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Proven background in QA, editing, auditing, or reviewing complex written or technical content
• Ability to engage for about 40 hours per week
• Ability to learn and apply comprehensive grading rubrics rigorously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch edge cases and logical gaps
• Comfort giving structured feedback to peers and creators
• Ability to navigate tools such as JSON editors, Airtable, and AI platforms
