Responsibilities
• Use proprietary software to provide labels, annotations, recordings, and inputs on multilingual audio projects
• Support delivery of high-quality curated audio data with accurate linguistic and prosodic details
• Collaborate with technical staff to develop tasks that improve AI handling of speech modulation, accents, and multilingual audio
• Work with technical staff to improve annotation tools for audio workflows

Requirements
• Native proficiency in Punjabi with exposure to diverse accents and dialects
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) with clear, natural vocal delivery
• Strong auditory perception to identify nuances in speech, accents, and audio quality
• Ability to transcribe audio with high accuracy across accents and varying quality
• Comfort providing high-quality voice recordings and feedback on audio samples
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills in English

Preferred
• Exceptional attention to linguistic nuance and auditory detail
• Background in linguistics, speech sciences, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with speech/audio datasets, annotation workflows, or AI training data
• Professional experience in voice work (voice acting, podcasting, etc.)
• Portfolio of voice samples or annotated transcripts (strongly preferred)
