Responsibilities
• Compare AI-generated video edits and data pairs to detect, label, and describe issues and artifacts
• Step through footage frame by frame to catch subtle visual defects
• Scan content to surface new or previously unknown failure modes
• Rate videos against defined criteria such as instruction-following and visual appeal
• Write clear, well-reasoned notes explaining each judgment
• Turn work around reliably within defined batch timelines

Requirements
• Perceptive, detail-oriented eye and patience to review content frame by frame
• Clear written English and ability to explain reasoning concisely
• Comfort working with digital video and general understanding of AI-generated media
• Reliability and discipline to deliver consistent quality across recurring batches
