Responsibilities
• Translate diverse content accurately between Belarusian and other languages, preserving meaning and tone
• Write, edit, and proofread Belarusian language materials for clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance
• Collaborate closely with AI training teams to annotate, evaluate, and refine Belarusian language data
• Review and critique AI-generated Belarusian text, providing in-depth feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure all linguistic output meets established quality standards and aligns with project objectives
• Stay updated on trends and changes in Belarusian language usage to inform content development
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance AI language model capabilities and performance

Requirements
• Native or near native proficiency in Belarusian with exceptional command of grammar and stylistics
• Proven experience in writing, translating, and editing professional Belarusian content
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for linguistic accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex language concepts clearly
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced remote team environment
• Solid understanding of Belarusian cultural nuances and contextual language usage
• Familiarity with digital tools for translation and text editing

Nice to Have
• Previous experience training or evaluating AI language models
• Background in linguistics, computational linguistics, or related fields
