Responsibilities
• Translate, edit, and localize a variety of digital content from English to Bengali and vice versa, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy
• Collaborate with AI trainers to develop, review, and refine Bengali language data for advanced machine learning models
• Conduct quality checks, proofreading, and validation of Bengali language outputs to uphold high-quality standards
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to annotate, tag, and organize linguistic data efficiently
• Provide insightful feedback to enhance written and verbal communication in Bengali, supporting AI-related projects
• Contribute to the adaptation of global content and products for Bengali-speaking audiences through nuanced localization strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with local language requirements

Requirements
• Native level proficiency in written and spoken Bengali with excellent command of grammar, syntax, and style
• Strong experience in editing and translating digital content between Bengali and English
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrating attention to detail and cultural sensitivity
• Familiarity with digital tools and language technology platforms
• Proven ability to localize content, adapting for different Bengali-speaking regions as needed
• Experience working in fast-paced tech-driven environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

Nice to Have
• Previous experience as a language expert or AI trainer, especially in the context of Bengali language projects
• Background in linguistics, computational linguistics, or a related field
• Experience with natural language processing tools or methodologies
