Responsibilities
• Produce authoritative, accurate, and well-explained responses to advanced chemistry queries
• Review and evaluate chemistry data, questions, and solutions for scientific accuracy
• Develop comprehensive explanations across foundational and specialized chemistry concepts
• Collaborate with annotation leads and project managers to refine requirements
• Create exemplary “golden responses” that set benchmarks for model outputs
• Document context and rationale behind answers
• Participate in remote discussions or workshops to maintain alignment

Requirements
• PhD in Chemistry or closely related scientific field
• Proven ability to communicate intricate chemistry concepts with precision in written and verbal forms
• Experience developing, reviewing, or publishing scientific, technical, or educational chemistry materials
• Familiarity with multiple sub-disciplines (organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, materials science, etc.)
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to scientific accuracy
• Strong collaboration skills in remote or cross-functional environments
• Experience with AI or data annotation is advantageous but not essential
