Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts in Simplified Chinese and English with multiple constraints and scientific instructions
• Establish high-level expectations for correct responses in STEM contexts
• Develop comprehensive rubrics accounting for scientific rigor, linguistic clarity, and appropriate academic tone
• Run prompts through models and assess outputs for scientific accuracy, reasoning quality, and clarity
• Compare Simplified Chinese and English responses where needed
• Collaborate in QA review processes to ensure tasks and rubrics meet scientific standards
Requirements
• Native level fluency in Simplified Chinese with strong English reading and writing ability
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry
• Familiarity with undergraduate-level biology, physics, or chemistry topics
• Strong writing and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week for around 1 month
Nice to Have
• 2+ years of experience in teaching, research, or an applied STEM discipline
