Responsibilities
• Author, review, and annotate technical tasks for AI model evaluation
• Produce original problem sets using clinical vignettes, figures, and patient imagery
• Write reference solutions for clinical medicine problems
• Apply structured quality checks to ensure task quality
Requirements
• Board-certified MD/DO in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, emergency medicine, or related specialty; OR
• MD/DO with 3+ years active clinical practice; OR
• MD/DO in active residency at PGY-3+ in a clinical specialty
• Working fluency across differential diagnosis, workup sequencing, and management reasoning
• Active medical licensure
Preferred
• Academic appointment, teaching, or peer-reviewed publication record

Overview
Mercor is seeking clinical medicine experts to evaluate AI model performance on clinical medicine problems. You will produce original problem sets grounded in clinical vignettes, figures, and patient-facing imagery; write reference solutions; and apply structured quality checks. Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week with flexible schedule.
