Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant field
• 6+ years work experience in analytics (4+ years with PhD)
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R
• Experience with quantitative analysis and experimentation
Preferred
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows
• Experience with responsible, ethical AI practices
• Ongoing AI skill development, including prompt engineering
