Responsibilities
• Review and evaluate AI-generated Dutch content for accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, and cultural appropriateness
• Identify errors in meaning, mistranslation, register, ambiguity, and logical consistency
• Write high-quality rewrites and model answers that demonstrate best practices in Dutch writing
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and quality
• Develop prompts and gold-standard Dutch answers across various domains

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Dutch/English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Translation, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Native or near-native Dutch proficiency (reading and writing required)
• Strong professional proficiency in English (minimum C1)
• 3+ years of professional experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or related field
• Deep understanding of Dutch grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style
• Comfortable handling variation between Netherlands Dutch and Belgian Dutch (Flemish) — please specify which you can support
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote contractor workflow

Preferred
• Prior experience with AI data training/annotation, translation QA, editorial QA, or rubric-based evaluation
