Responsibilities
• Evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities within real-world enterprise scenarios
• Design, execute, and iterate agentic workflows that simulate critical professional processes
• Pinpoint and analyze reasoning gaps, workflow limitations, and tool-use challenges in AI agent outputs
• Develop comprehensive examples, test cases, and operational playbooks from your domain expertise
• Partner with research and product stakeholders to provide nuanced domain feedback
• Document workflow outcomes and contribute to best-practice libraries for AI agent adoption

Requirements
• Extensive professional experience in Sales, Growth Product Management, Project Management, Finance, or similar domain where AI agents are regularly used
• Proven ability to connect data sources, configure permissions, and integrate AI agents with productivity tools and business systems
• Hands-on experience as a workflow builder (designing, implementing, and operating multi-tool agentic workflows using tools like Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, APIs, Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills for identifying AI model performance gaps
• Ability to articulate complex process requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences
