Responsibilities
• Design task briefs drawn from real field marketing or events work, including planted issues and expected practitioner decisions
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic tasks
• Write or review reference answers and criteria that distinguish strong vs. plausible-but-wrong responses
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against professional standards

Requirements
• Hands-on practitioner experience in field marketing or events (running a region against a sales number)
• Comfortable working in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and project tracker (e.g., Asana or Linear)
• Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why decisions are right or wrong

Preferred
• Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification
