Responsibilities
• Review and evaluate AI-generated financial analyses, models and written outputs
• Develop and apply structured evaluation rubrics for finance-related tasks
• Annotate trajectories to assess reasoning quality and analytical accuracy
• Provide written feedback to improve clarity, correctness and depth of financial content
• Contribute domain expertise across filings, valuation and financial modeling workflows
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, accounting or credit and fixed income research
• Hands-on experience with financial filings and financial modeling
• Strong written English with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
• Prior experience creating or applying rubrics in finance-related projects
• Completion of at least one prior Mercor project with strong performance
• Experience with trajectory annotation is a plus
