SaaS Ops Expert
Overview
SME Careers is recruiting IT/SaaS Ops Experts to help train an AI agent on appropriate information use and visibility in B2B SaaS workplace scenarios. This version is broader than a pure support role and is aimed at professionals who understand cross-functional SaaS operations, including provisioning, escalations, incident handling and access reviews. You will assess whether information should be used by an AI agent and which stakeholders should be able to view it.
