Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning across diverse subjects
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance accuracy, fluency, and relevance
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability
• Write high-quality explanations and model revisions demonstrating correct methods

Requirements
• Native or near-native Italian proficiency (C2 preferred)
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading/writing)
• Strong command of Italian grammar, semantics, pragmatics, and discourse editing
• Exceptional attention to detail in identifying meaning drift and ambiguity

Preferred
• Multilingual ability beyond Italian/English
• Previous AI data training, editorial QA, or localization experience
