Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning in Kotlin topics
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance accuracy and relevance
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases
• Craft expert-level explanations demonstrating correct approaches

Requirements
• 2+ years hands-on Kotlin development experience
• Strong understanding of Kotlin null safety, coroutines, and functional idioms
• Professional experience using Kotlin for Android or backend services
• Significant experience using LLMs for coding and debugging
• Excellent English writing skills (Minimum C1)

Preferred
• Experience with Ktor, Android Jetpack, and advanced coroutine usage
• Merged PRs in Kotlin open-source projects
• Previous AI data training or evaluation experience
