Responsibilities
• Evaluate two AI-generated responses to the same prompt for correctness, accuracy, and client-readiness
• Provide written feedback that helps improve model behavior
• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions

Requirements
• 2+ years of professional experience in employment or labor law at a law firm, in-house legal department, government agency, or labor union
• J.D. from a U.S. law school or LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the United States, active or inactive
• Strong experience in legal research and legal writing, including case law analysis and legal memoranda
• Excellent written communication skills and close attention to detail
