Responsibilities
• Review, edit, and refine Macedonian language data for AI training purposes, ensuring all content meets the highest standards of accuracy and naturalness
• Translate a variety of materials from English to Macedonian and vice versa with cultural and contextual sensitivity
• Collaborate closely with AI scientists and engineers to improve language models and annotate linguistic data sets
• Evaluate and provide detailed feedback on Macedonian language tasks, helping to drive continuous improvement of AI outputs
• Develop and curate glossaries, style guides, and documentation to maintain linguistic consistency and quality
• Perform comprehensive quality assurance checks on AI-generated content to ensure precision and reliability
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering expert advice and linguistic insights

Requirements
• Native or near native proficiency in Macedonian with exceptional command of grammar, syntax, and semantics
• Proven experience in professional editing, writing, and translation involving Macedonian
• Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for linguistic accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally
• Demonstrated expertise in reviewing, annotating, and evaluating language data
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment
• Familiarity with digital tools and collaboration platforms

Nice to Have
• Prior experience as an AI language trainer or with AI or NLP projects involving Macedonian
• Background in linguistics, computational linguistics, or a related field
• Experience developing resources such as glossaries or style guides for language teams
