Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and refine machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries
• Analyze large datasets and leverage MongoDB for data management and retrieval
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify model improvement areas
• Conduct model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and benchmarking
• Document methodologies, experiments, and outcomes
• Integrate data pipelines and preprocessing workflows
• Deliver actionable insights based on data-driven findings

Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise with Python and machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB for data manipulation, storage, and retrieval in ML projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and track record of delivering ML solutions
• Understanding of model evaluation metrics, feature engineering, and data preprocessing
• Clear written documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a remote, evolving project environment

Preferred
• Background in deploying or operationalizing ML models in cloud or enterprise environments
