Responsibilities
• Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your specialty
• Write high-quality reference responses at attending-level standard
• Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics
• Provide written feedback to help improve model behavior
• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions

Requirements
• Board-certified or board-eligible physicians, final-year residents or fellows
• Must hold a current, active, and unrestricted medical license (attending and fellow roles)
• Based in Canada or the United States
