Responsibilities
• Review Python/ML tasks and code submissions for correctness, clarity, and model design
• Keep trainers and QAs updated on Discord about ML-related clarifications and project changes
• Monitor trainer/QA activity and communicate with inactive contributors
• Create and maintain documentation, including ML coding guidelines, checklists, and FAQs
• Schedule and run onboarding and training calls with trainers/QAs

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Statistics
• Solid professional experience with Python for machine learning (end-to-end workflows)
• Strong hands-on experience with NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Exceptional ability to evaluate ML code, experiments, and metrics
• Excellent written communication skills in English

Preferred
• Leadership mindset with experience giving feedback
• Comfortable working with incomplete or evolving ML specifications
