Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning in Rust topics
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance accuracy and relevance
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases
• Write high-quality explanations demonstrating idiomatic Rust patterns
Requirements
• 1-2+ years professional Rust development in backend, CLI, or systems projects
• Strong understanding of ownership, borrowing, and the lifetime model
• Ability to evaluate safe, idiomatic Rust code, including traits, generics, and error handling
• Significant experience using LLMs while programming
• Minimum C1 English proficiency
Preferred
• Experience with Tokio, Actix, Serde, and async Rust patterns
• Contributions to Rust open-source ecosystems
• Competitive programming experience
• Previous AI data training or evaluation experience
