Responsibilities
• Read multi-turn merchant ↔ agent conversations, including tool-call cards and returned data
• Identify the query or segment filter the assistant generated and determine the correct version
• Categorize why the response fell short (wrong metric, dimension, filter, unsupported report, etc.)
• Write concise, objective explanations of what went wrong

Requirements
• Strong general SQL — comfortably read, write, and critique queries (WHERE vs HAVING, GROUP BY, ORDER BY / LIMIT, joins, and aggregation)

Preferred
• Hands-on Shopify merchant experience (run or operated a Shopify store)
• First-hand experience using Shopify’s Sidekick AI assistant
• Familiarity with Shopify analytics / ShopifyQL and the Shopify data model
• General e-commerce or analytics ops experience
