Responsibilities
• Produce authoritative, accurate responses to advanced statistics queries
• Review and evaluate statistics data, queries, and solutions for accuracy
• Develop comprehensive explanations across foundational and specialized statistics concepts
• Collaborate with annotation leads and project managers to refine requirements
• Create exemplary “golden responses” as benchmarks for model outputs
• Document context and rationale behind answers
• Participate in remote discussions or workshops

Requirements
• PhD in Statistics or closely related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating, reviewing, or publishing scientific, technical, or educational materials in statistics
• Familiarity across various sub-disciplines (probability theory, statistical inference, Bayesian methods, etc.)
• Strong attention to analytical detail and methodological rigor
• Experience with MySQL and advanced data analysis techniques
• Strong collaboration skills in remote or cross-functional environments
• Background in AI or data annotation is a plus
