Responsibilities
• Listen to Thai audio clips and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to guidelines
• Document assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities
• Contribute insights to improve AI model performance in the Thai language

Requirements
• Native-level proficiency in Thai (spoken and written)
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with focus on clarity and accuracy

Preferred
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching
