Responsibilities
• Translate, review, and edit Tibetan language content to ensure precision and cultural appropriateness
• Collaborate with AI trainers and linguists to enhance Tibetan language datasets for machine learning
• Provide detailed linguistic annotations and feedback on AI-generated Tibetan text
• Develop guidelines and quality benchmarks for Tibetan language data
• Conduct comprehensive linguistic analysis to inform AI model improvements
• Support written and verbal communication initiatives with the team
• Assist in training and evaluating AI models focused on Tibetan language processing

Requirements
• Native or near native proficiency in Tibetan with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in translating, editing, and proofreading Tibetan language content
• Expertise in linguistic analysis, grammar, and syntax of Tibetan
• Familiarity with digital tools for translation and language data management
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Strong collaboration skills, especially in remote and cross-functional teams
• Passion for advancing technology through language expertise

Nice to Have
• Experience working as an AI trainer or in NLP projects involving Tibetan
• Background in computational linguistics or language technology
• Previous involvement in developing or curating language resources for AI applications
