Responsibilities
• Design visually compelling graphics, layouts, and interfaces
• Create and refine UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma
• Apply advanced typography principles for readability and brand consistency
• Review, analyze, and provide feedback on design iterations
• Document design processes and articulate design decisions
• Contribute insights on user interaction and usability best practices
• Collaborate efficiently in a remote environment

Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience in Graphic or UI/UX Design with a strong portfolio
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and contemporary design tools
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver constructive feedback and iterate on complex design challenges
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in autonomous, remote settings

Preferred
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
