Japanese AI Quality Analyst

Responsibilities
• Design and execute multi-turn prompts that test personalized AI behaviour
• Evaluate whether model responses appropriately use personal information and context
• Assess grounding, integration, and helpfulness in AI responses
• Compare and rank side-by-side model responses
• Write clear rationales for rankings and identify issues such as flawed inferences or over-narration
• Extract and verify debug information to confirm proper use of data sources
• Delete evaluation conversations to maintain a clean future chat history

Requirements
• High proficiency in reading and writing Japanese
• Willingness to use your primary personal Google account and enable personal data sources
• Full-time availability in your local time zone with at least 4 hours of daily work and 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Experience designing prompts and evaluating nuanced AI responses
• Excellent written communication and structured feedback skills
• Desktop or laptop setup with reliable internet
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant analytical field
