Responsibilities
• Design multi-turn conversations that reflect realistic interactions between users and AI assistants
• Emulate both the user and the assistant, including tool calls when needed
• Decide when and how tools should be used to complete tasks logically
• Create dialogues that demonstrate natural language, contextual understanding, and intelligent assistant behavior
• Generate examples that show feasible task completion, infeasible task handling, and natural general chat
• Follow internal formatting and quality guidelines closely
• Revise examples based on feedback to improve clarity and realism
• Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain consistent quality
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field
• Strong technical reasoning and ability to model tool-based assistant behavior
• Ability to break down complex tasks and simulate realistic multi-turn dialogues
• Experience with programming, APIs, JSON, or similar technical concepts
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed formatting and quality guidelines consistently
• Must be located in one of the following countries: India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Brazil, or Mexico
• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field
