Responsibilities
• Translate, review, and edit a variety of content, ensuring high-quality Bhojpuri language output
• Act as an AI trainer by evaluating, annotating, and providing feedback on language data for machine learning models
• Develop, refine, and validate Bhojpuri linguistic resources to enhance AI accuracy and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for Bhojpuri language projects
• Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and style across all written and verbal communications
• Identify language nuances and cultural context to improve natural language understanding
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of language processes and tools

Requirements
• Native or near native proficiency in Bhojpuri with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and linguistic intricacies
• Expertise in translating and editing Bhojpuri content with close attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Bhojpuri and English
• Prior experience in linguistic analysis, editing, or content curation
• Ability to provide clear constructive feedback and train AI models through data annotation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous learning

Nice to Have
• Experience working as a language expert or AI trainer in a technology-driven environment
• Familiarity with natural language processing, data annotation, or localization workflows
• Degree in linguistics, languages, translation, or a related field
