Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning in biology topics
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance accuracy and relevance
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability
• Write high-quality biological explanations demonstrating correct methods

Requirements
• MS or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology, or related field from a top 100 university
• Confident in human/animal biology, molecular pathways, physiology, and experimental reasoning
• Published in a peer-reviewed journal
• Expert at fact-checking information using public sources
• Minimum C1 English proficiency with excellent writing skills

Preferred
• Experience developing or reviewing complex biology content
• Data labeling, RLHF, or AI model evaluation experience
