Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning in chemistry topics
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance accuracy and relevance
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability
• Write high-quality chemical explanations demonstrating correct methods

Requirements
• MS or PhD in Chemistry or related field from a high-ranking university
• Confident in chemical reactions, stoichiometry, organic mechanisms, and analytical methods
• Expert at fact-checking information using public sources
• Ability to communicate chemistry clearly
• Minimum C1 English proficiency with excellent writing skills

Preferred
• Background in research, analytical writing, or programming
• Experience developing or reviewing complex chemistry content
• Data labeling, RLHF, or AI model evaluation experience
