Responsibilities
• Proactively identify, prospect, nurture, and qualify leads across targeted P&C insurance segments
• Execute omnichannel lead nurturing including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
• Engage confidently with senior business and technology stakeholders including C-level executives
• Leverage sales technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity
• Accurately manage leads, activities, and account data within Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Deliver well-qualified opportunities to sales team with clear business context
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual pipeline targets
Requirements
• 2-3+ years experience in BDR or SDR role within SaaS (insurance or fintech preferred)
• Exposure to enterprise or digital transformation sales
• Strong interest in technology, cloud, and SaaS business models
• Excellent research and discovery skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred
• Proven track record at Born-in-the-Cloud or Cloud-Native technology company
• Experience within regulated industries
• ABM-focused sales motion experience
