Responsibilities
• Provide advanced subject-matter expertise in STEM disciplines to support project development and execution
• Contribute to design and review of STEM curricula, research methodologies, and technical materials
• Mentor and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, data analysis, and synthesis of technical findings

Requirements
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Extensive experience in STEM education, research, or relevant industry roles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and project leadership
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in remote environment

Preferred
• Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or educational technology
• Published research or demonstrated thought leadership within STEM domains
• Familiarity with innovative pedagogical methods or digital learning platforms
