Responsibilities
• Develop, analyze, and refine constructed languages across diverse projects and AI applications
• Provide expert written and verbal feedback on language use and translation tasks to ensure linguistic accuracy
• Edit and proofread conlang materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and fidelity to language rules
• Translate between conlang and natural languages as needed for project requirements
• Collaborate with AI developers and linguists to train and evaluate language models for conlang proficiency
• Document language rules, grammar, and usage to support training materials and future team members
• Contribute to creative brainstorming and problem-solving sessions related to linguistic challenges

Requirements
• Demonstrated fluency and expertise in one or more constructed languages
• Strong foundation in linguistics with the ability to explain complex language features
• Proven experience in translating, editing, and writing in constructed languages
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Ability to document language structures and processes clearly and efficiently
• Self-driven, adaptable, and proactive in addressing unique linguistic tasks

Nice to Have
• Previous experience as an AI trainer with conlang-focused projects
• Advanced degree in linguistics, translation, or a related field
• Portfolio of original or contributed conlang works or publications
