Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and gold-standard contract outputs such as issue lists, redlines, negotiation notes, clause rewrites, and playbook guidance
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for correctness, defensibility, clarity, and practical negotiation usefulness
• Review outputs for accuracy, completeness, and prompt adherence
• Identify errors in clause interpretation, risk allocation, missing terms, ambiguity, enforceability concerns, and negotiation strategy
• Fact-check legal concepts and citations when required
• Write high-quality explanations and model revisions that demonstrate risk-aware contract reasoning
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, misleading certainty, confidentiality risks, and bias

Requirements
• JD, LLB or equivalent, or paralegal or contracts professional background with substantial contract review experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in contracts, in-house legal, law firms, procurement, vendor management, legal operations, or contracts management
• Strong ability to identify and explain contract risks such as liability caps, indemnities, warranties, exclusions, termination rights, payment risk, and IP ownership
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, and services agreements
• Comfort with confidentiality, data processing, security standards, breach notification, subcontractor, and audit-rights clauses
• Strong attention to detail and minimum C1 English proficiency
• Ability to write clear, practical guidance for non-legal audiences
• Reliable and self-directed in a remote contractor workflow
• Familiarity with CLM tools and version control is a plus
• Prior experience in AI data training, legal QA, knowledge management, or template maintenance is strongly preferred
