Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and gold-standard compliance outputs such as policies, control descriptions, monitoring plans, risk assessments, and regulatory summaries
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for correctness, defensibility, clarity, and practical usefulness
• Review outputs for accuracy, completeness, and prompt adherence
• Identify errors in regulatory interpretation, policy, and control design, monitoring logic, reporting requirements, and risk-based reasoning
• Fact-check compliance claims and terminology, and write model outputs that demonstrate correct approaches
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe or noncompliant guidance, misleading certainty, and bias

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Law, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Public Policy, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in compliance or regulatory roles across regulated industries
• Strong command of risk-based compliance programs, control design, monitoring and testing, issue management, remediation tracking, and documentation standards
• Experience interpreting regulations and translating them into policies, procedures, training, and controls
• Familiarity with GRC tools, ISO-style controls, SOC 2, SOX, AML/KYC, privacy concepts, and vendor risk is a plus
• Strong judgment in spotting missing assumptions, overconfident claims, and false certainty
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and strong writing skills
• Reliable and self-directed in a remote contractor workflow
• Certifications such as CRCMP, CAMS, CCEP, CIPP/E, CISA, CIA or CRISC are a plus
• Prior experience in AI data training, compliance QA, audit support, or policy editorial work is strongly preferred
