Responsibilities
• Evaluate and analyze corporate, commercial, and M&A documents for accuracy, enforceability, and compliance with US law
• Draft, review, and provide feedback on contracts, policies, and agreements
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible explanations for AI development
• Identify and summarize key legal issues, trends, and risk areas in business transactions
• Contribute real-world legal scenarios, case studies, and document samples to AI training datasets
• Collaborate asynchronously with project stakeholders

Requirements
• JD from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate, business, or transactional law, including M&A, contracts, and risk management
• Demonstrated experience as outside counsel, in-house corporate counsel, or legal consultant
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with the US legal landscape, including commercial and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in reviewing and drafting a variety of corporate and commercial agreements
