Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary point of contact across the full lifecycle
• Lead day-to-day project management, including planning, progress tracking, and issue resolution
• Proactively identify and mitigate customer risks in collaboration with internal teams
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Analytics
• Analyze customer data to identify adoption trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and renewal discussions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or customer management for technology solutions
• Knowledge of Risk Adjustment models and data validation requirements
• Healthcare experience required, preferably with a provider, payer, or intermediary organization
• Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (Jira, HubSpot, Gong)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred
• Advanced degree
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in previous positions
