Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and gold-standard answers across oral health, diagnosis, treatment planning, emergencies, prescribing and patient counselling
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for correctness, safety, clarity and contextual relevance
• Review outputs for accuracy, adherence to the prompt and patient-safety considerations
• Identify errors in diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, pharmacology, contraindications and radiographic interpretation
• Fact-check dental and medical information and write model solutions that demonstrate correct reasoning
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations and bias

Requirements
• DDS, DMD or equivalent dental degree
• Active dental licensure or eligibility
• 5+ years of professional experience in clinical dentistry
• Strong grounding in oral diagnosis, treatment planning and patient care
• Confidence in differential diagnosis, red-flag recognition and urgent versus routine triage
• Strong understanding of oral disease processes, dental materials and procedural fundamentals
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and strong attention to detail
• Ability to evaluate answers for clinical consistency, setting appropriateness and patient safety
• Reliable and self-directed in a remote contractor workflow
• Prior experience in AI data training, clinical review, utilization review, dental editorial QA or guideline-based content work is strongly preferred
