Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and gold-standard outputs across coverage analysis, claims scenarios, underwriting decisions, and policy communication
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for correctness, completeness, clarity, and compliance-aware reasoning
• Review outputs for accuracy, clarity, and prompt adherence
• Identify errors in policy interpretation, coverage analysis, claims logic, underwriting reasoning, risk assessment, exclusions, endorsements, and terminology
• Fact-check technical insurance information and write model solutions that demonstrate correct methods
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, misleading guidance, inappropriate certainty, and bias

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Law, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in insurance across claims, underwriting, brokerage, actuarial support, risk management, compliance, or operations
• Strong understanding of policy structure, endorsements, limits, deductibles, and coverage triggers
• Ability to evaluate coverage and claims reasoning across one or more lines, such as P&C, commercial lines, auto, homeowners, liability, health, or life
• Ability to assess internal consistency across facts, policy language, coverage position, and documentation
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and strong attention to detail
• Clear written communication skills with the ability to explain complex policy concepts in plain language
• Reliable and self-directed in a remote contractor workflow
• Professional designations such as CPCU, AINS, ARM, CIC, or AU are a plus
• Prior experience in AI data training, claims QA, underwriting QA, policy drafting, or insurance editorial work is strongly preferred
