Responsibilities
• Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for brand systems, marketing visuals, presentations, packaging, and digital assets
• Score AI-generated and human work samples against defined criteria with clear written justifications
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so scores are reproducible and defensible
• Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly on your evaluations

Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic, brand or visual design
• Background at world-class design studios, creative agencies or senior design roles at leading brands
• Deep fluency in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color, composition and brand systems
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design judgments
• Detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable with peer calibration and review
