Responsibilities
• Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for creative briefs, campaign concepts, decks, brand positioning, messaging frameworks, ad copy, scripts, and integrated campaign plans
• Score AI-generated and human work samples against defined criteria with detailed written justifications
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so scores are reproducible and defensible
• Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly on evaluations

Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or advertising
• Background as a creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at top-tier global creative agencies, or in senior brand marketing roles at leading consumer companies
• Deep fluency in writing and evaluating creative briefs, campaign development across channels, brand positioning, messaging, and judging creative work against briefs and business objectives
• Exceptionally strong written communication with the ability to clearly explain why work meets or misses the standard
• Detail-oriented, consistent and comfortable with peer calibration and review
