Responsibilities
• Conduct regular spot checks on items and provide clear, constructive feedback to trainers
• Keep trainers and QAs updated on Discord about new items or project changes
• Monitor trainer/QA activity and reach out to inactive contributors
• Create and maintain documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, and honeypots
• Schedule and run onboarding and training calls with trainers/QAs

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Communication, Journalism, or related field
• Exceptional written French with excellent grammar, syntax, and stylistic flexibility
• Hands-on experience with LLM projects, preferably in QA or lead roles
• Minimum C1 English proficiency
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset

Preferred
• Leadership experience with giving feedback
• Experience working with detailed instructions and identifying guideline gaps
