Responsibilities
• Craft, iterate and refine text-to-image and image-to-image prompts using state-of-the-art models
• Generate images to achieve specific artistic and technical outcomes
• Use professional editing tools to integrate AI assets, perform inpainting or outpainting, and fix common artifacts
• Review outputs against aesthetic and technical rubrics
• Identify prompt adherence failures, edge cases, and systematic model weaknesses
• Help develop prompt instruction specs and create benchmark image datasets
• Collaborate with researchers and operations teams to define quality criteria and support evaluations

Requirements
• 2+ years of professional experience in visual arts, graphic design, or digital media with a direct focus on AI-driven image generation
• Extensive hands-on experience with leading AI image models
• Mastery of professional post-processing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong prompt iteration skills across lighting, composition, style, and photorealism
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply evaluation rubrics consistently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and solve complex visual problems in a fast-paced environment
