Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and gold-standard IP outputs such as issue analyses, clause rewrites, checklists, policy guidance, and scenario walkthroughs
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for correctness, defensibility, clarity, and risk awareness
• Review outputs for accuracy, completeness, and prompt adherence
• Identify errors in IP issue spotting, rights analysis, infringement logic, licensing considerations, and procedural steps
• Fact-check IP concepts and citations when required
• Write high-quality explanations and model answers that demonstrate risk-aware reasoning
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, misleading certainty, confidentiality risks, and bias

Requirements
• JD, LLB or equivalent and active bar membership or eligibility in at least one jurisdiction
• 5+ years of professional experience in intellectual property law across copyright, trademark, patent, trade secrets, or licensing
• Strong issue-spotting and structured IP analysis skills
• Experience with IP agreements such as assignments, NDAs, license agreements, work-for-hire, open-source review, and creator or vendor contracts
• Ability to assess practical IP risk, including trademark confusion, copyright similarity and defenses, patent basics, and trade secret protections
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and strong attention to detail
• Ability to explain complex IP concepts in clear, plain language
• Reliable and self-directed in a remote contractor workflow
• Patent office registration is a plus for patent-focused work
• Prior experience in AI data training, knowledge management, legal editorial QA, or policy drafting is strongly preferred
