Responsibilities
• Serve as a senior member of the IT Operations team and mentor junior staff
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of the application stack and IT security posture
• Manage proactive initiatives and break-fix tasks with high autonomy
• Oversee device procurement and resolve logistical issues from order to delivery
• Manage and resolve IT service desk tickets in Jira
• Progress strategic initiatives within the Jira backlog to support a proactive IT model
• Fulfil hardware and software provisioning requests across Türkiye and global locations
• Act as a primary escalation point for technical and operational issues
• Support onboarding and secure offboarding processes
• Assist with internal and external IT audits including SOC 2, PCI and SOX
Requirements
• Fluency in English
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations
• Experience working on agile teams and with Jira ticketing workflows
• Expertise in Google Workspace administration for a global user base
• Experience with SSO, SAML/OIDC and MFA/2FA enforcement
• Strong background in endpoint security and SaaS compliance environments
• Expert administration of Jamf Pro including device enrolment, patching and provisioning
• Deep technical proficiency in the Apple macOS ecosystem
• Experience with Jira Service Management administration and automation
• Expertise in compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, SOX and PCI-DSS
• Experience administering secure access and governance for AI platforms
• Expert-level Slack enterprise administration
• Experience building IT automation workflows with Python, Bash or automation tools
