Responsibilities
• Design and implement self-contained evaluation tasks, including prompts, supporting files, and grading rubrics
• Define clear written criteria for successful and unsuccessful task completion across workflow scenarios
• Observe and document AI agent behaviors with precise summaries and reports in high-quality English
• Refine evaluation tasks and rubrics based on feedback and collaboration
• Work across a range of domains and adapt frameworks as project needs evolve
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to improve AI evaluation methods
• Maintain meticulous, structured observation and communication across deliverables

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in roles requiring written precision and structured thinking, such as paralegal, executive assistant, analyst, librarian, research assistant, technical writer, or QA analyst
• Native or fluent English writing ability with concise and unambiguous reporting skills
• Experience designing or applying rubric-based evaluation, grading criteria, or structured scoring frameworks
• High attention to detail and ability to spot subtle inconsistencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with computers, SaaS tools, web browsers, file management, and document editing platforms
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of ambiguous projects
