Responsibilities
• Review, edit, and translate content to ensure exceptional quality and accuracy in Latvian
• Collaborate with AI developers and linguists to train language models on Latvian linguistic patterns
• Evaluate AI-generated output for context, grammar, tone, and cultural appropriateness
• Provide insights on Latvian language nuances, idiomatic expressions, and evolving trends
• Craft written materials and guidelines to improve AI understanding and usage of Latvian
• Contribute detailed feedback to enhance AI communication skills in both written and verbal forms
• Work in a dynamic remote environment with a global interdisciplinary team dedicated to linguistic excellence

Requirements
• Native or near native proficiency in Latvian with strong command of grammar, syntax, and style
• Proven experience in linguistic analysis, translation, or editing roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to assess content for cultural sensitivity and relevance in Latvian contexts
• Familiarity with modern language technology or AI-driven tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines in a remote setting
• Collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative team

Nice to Have
• Experience training AI or language models in a professional setting
• Background in computational linguistics, applied linguistics, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to produce linguistic guidelines and documentation for technical teams
